While certain so-called "Christian nations" have turned the tables, successfully urgued "God" out of their schools, meetings, etc., and now proudly declaring themselves "secular nation", so-called "Christian artists" have also bought into this liberal ideology, now preferring rather to be known as "hip-hop artists who 'happened' to be Christians." They just happened to be. Its not their initial intention to be "Christians", they just happened to be Christians. Their main goal is "hip-hop" not Christianity. And in the likeness of manner, these have successfully argued "Jesus" out of their songs, and are advocating for others to do so. According to their "Biblical worldview" there is no separation between the holy and the profane. Instead of being known as "Christian music artists", they want to be known and remembered as "social anthropologists", who proudly sing with anyone they want regardless of whether they are Christians or not, singing loudly about the world they live in rather then about the GOD and LORD they claim they serve and His awesome salvation. As though that were not enough, some so-called "pastors" in European nations are also arguing away "Christian symbols" from Church buildings that are owned by these Churches, so that these symbols do not scare away and make uncomfortable Muslim immigrants who fled their war-torn nations to seek shelter in Europe.
This is the apostasy we are dealing with today. And those accused of being intolerant, haters, bigots, and legalistic villains are those of us who stand for the Orthodox doctrine of Christ.
The sad thing is this; GOD's holiness is being trampled upon and treated as a mere common thing by the very same people who claim to serve Him. The altar of the LORD is not reverenced. And the worship of GOD is not treated as holy worship. The clear, bold lines of demarcation that have always kept the Church different and set apart from the rest of the world are being erased by these liberal philosophers who take the word of GOD and apostatize it. They have learnt to argue their point so well to convince others and to be accepted for their apostasy. Yet The LORD is rebuking sharply with His Sharp tow-edged Sword, without apology, this apostasy in the book that perfectly describes the times we live in today. And He has revealed to us His heart that in His heart of hearts He hates apostasy with a passion. Why? Because apostasy does two things to the house of GOD: 1) it leads us into sexual immorality, 2) it leads GOD's Church into idol worship, essentially making us rebels against the Holy Word of GOD, whose mission is to separate us from the rest of the world that we may be Holy unto The LORD!
Indeed, we understand that for all those in error concerning the matters of Christianity, though they may think themselves the wise ones, the liberators of many from the tyrant of "legalistic Christians" who do nothing but state the truth of GOD's Word, we understand that these apostate fellows miss two things: 1) they don't know the Word of GOD, and 2) they don't know the true power of GOD.
